THE BEARDED STANDARD

We didn't start this company to fill shelf space. We started it because we believed beard care could be better.

For years, we grew our beards out and tried product after product, only to be let down by what was available. Some had overpowering scents. Others left our beards feeling greasy, heavy, or weighed down. Even the balms often felt more like wax than something made for everyday grooming.

We figured there had to be a better way.

So we stopped buying and started building.

THE STANDARD

The Bearded Standard was born in Dayton, Ohio, with a simple goal: create straightforward beard care made with ingredients chosen for a purpose.

No unnecessary extras. No complicated routines. Just products made to help soften, condition, shape, and maintain your beard.

SMALL BATCH

We make our products in small batches, mixing, pouring, and labeling by hand. Keeping production small allows us to stay close to what we're making and maintain the standard we set for every product that leaves our hands.
